SHIPPING

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.


EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
